My advice is to slow down and establish a systematic way of doing things. I have two books on my desk. One of them is an old calendar. I write into it people´s requests and also the things I want to do. When I finish something on the list there, I write the word "done" next to it or cross it through. It is better than pieces of paper which can get lost easily. When I am tired and can´t remember what to do next, I look into this book. The other book on my desk is a new calendar. There I write things which I must do on or by a certain date. Every evening before I go to bed, I look to see if I have any appointments for the next day.

You should probably have a doctor check you out to find the cause. How old are you? It is normal to lose some memory as you age.
