dude u can still get on any site it just takes some know how, ignore proxy sites theryer mostley all blocked. heres a fail proof way of doing it. go to start, then go to run and a little window will pop up. in the little area where u can type, type in the leters "cmd" w/ no caps or spaces or anything and then click enter. next a black screen will pop up, this is normal this is called "command propt" on here u will type exactly this "PING myspace.com" yes, exactly like that w/o any www. or any other crap. next some lines of text will apear and what ur looking for looks something like this "124.235.24.253" this is an IP adress, copy that into the web browser (where u normally type the www.myspace.com to go to the site) and it should get u in, its full proof. oh! and u can replace that site w/ anything u want! have fun!

Well there wouldnt be any programs available for you to block out your schools security, but there are some websites that pass through the security system.
My school has blocked it now, but before that a site called:

www.e-messenger.net

Passed through our systems. Im not sure if it will work on yours but you should give it a try

You obviously don't need to be on those sites if you are supposed ot be learning or surfing for educational purposes. save the porn, gaming, and other downloading for home/ personal use. My tax dollars don't pay for you to slack off. Get a job!!!
