from what i know, is during the VT shootings, Cho was able to kill 2 or 3 people, then 2 hours later go on a rampage killing people. WHERE WAS THE POLICE IN BETWEEN?!!!! many people could have been saved. can someone please clear this up for me.

ok so don;t think i am immature or whatver. it's just that my parents are so careful when i go out that i am not allowed to subway, taxi and bus at night. i am 19.i always need to get a ride home. and i can't just make last min. plans either. my parents want me to tell them in advance so they can pick me up. please don't think they're weird, they r not and i'm ok if they want to keep me safe, it's just that i need to breathe and stop looking at the clock when i'm out. (whihc is very rare anyway) people/teens/young pps who have been in these situations please give me tips. help me, i want to go out a bit at night but it's so stressful for me which is why i never even attempt it cuz i knw whats comng up in terms of lectures! . i don't want to tell my friends this and especially the guy i am going out with tomorrow night! what r safe ways i can go home without having my parents take me home?? thanks!!

Hello. This is my first time using this so i hope i have great success with this. I am ReFinnishing my kitchen Cubboards and making new doors for the cubboards. I want to use Tung Oil but i dont know how to use it. I have heard mix it with Mineral Spirits. Why? And what is the mixture ratio?? I also heard that Tung Oil will harden Fast. Does it?? Im looking to put 2 or 3 coats on the wood. I would like a glossy finnish. Will someone please tell me how to use Tung Oil and if i need to mix it? And mix it with what?? My cousin is in Valdosta State Prison and his mom which is my aunt passed on April 14, 2007. Does anyone know where it states it in the law book for the county to pick up her son to attend the funeral. Please Help.
