You are not fat....but if you feel that you are bigger than you want to be, try working out or being more active with outdoor activities.

It actually depends on your bones or/and water weight. So;
1. get out the computer seat.
2. Walk to the bathroom
3. Look in the mirror
4. If you think your fat go lose weight, if you think your normal weight, than your fine, I guess.
I'm a 14 year old male who weighs 180 lbs, I look like I weigh about 130-140 lbs. I lost 30 lbs, and was at 155 lbs, I looked like an anorexic.

No, your not fat because I have a friend and she is about that tall too and weighs that much. Guess what she is also in 5th grade. I am too. But anyway you probably weigh that much because how tall you are.

No, you're not fat. Your weight is just about perfect with your height. If you start to look a little chubby, just cut down on the junk food a bit and that should help. Be happy with the way you look because there's nothing wrong with it.

It depends on your body structure. I am also 5'1". When I weighed 120, I looked too thin. My healthiest, most attractive body weight was about 130 - but this varies greatly from person to person. It depends on your bone structure, your muscle/fat ratio, etc. But, I can tell you that 106-113 lbs. is definitely not fat.
Enjoy your body - don't obsess about it. Build it, strengthen it, nurture it - and it will always be beautiful. ;-)

No it's not. But here's some advice I doubt you'll take. Don't worry about it. Eat healthy food that makes you feel good. Get out of the house and be active. Don't ever, ever, ever trust your own perception of how fat you are. We look at ourselves through distorted eyes. Be happy with who you are and the rest will follow.

at 5 feet, you should weigh 95 pounds and add 5 pounds for each inch over...so you should weigh 100 pounds...but then since every 5'1" girl is not 100 pounds, you can +/- 10% which then would make your range 90-110 pounds.
good luck

You are a growing child you shouldnt be concerned about being fat. but if you dont get enough exercise, or arent active in any sports, maybe you should discuss your concerns with your family docter. your body will go through lots of changes after you hit puberity.
