This is causing me to breath very heavily and it is starting to keep my boyfriend awake!! Any ideas why this has started, is it anything to worry about and how do I get back to a normal breathing pattern?

I had a friend who made himself so obvious by watching me and thinking he was my secret pal by his actions. I just have a hard time with him now because he has turned it around on me. He is a flirt with mostly all women; so, it should not be so surprising but I ended up caring about him. He said he cared, too, but not sure why. I am trying to get over all of this but he is a big reminder. I don't understand why I feel this way over somebody who is a player.

It's they way I've always been but no matter how irrational someone is being or unfair, even if I know on intellectual level it is nonsense, I still feel guilty about them getting upset. Its really a problem for me because people who know me tend to exploit this weakness, all you have to do is get mad at me, and I'll feel guilty doesn't matter if it's for a good reason. I would so much like to be person who could be like "you're full of crap" when people try to guilt trip me.

Trex settled a class action lawsuit a short while back concerning decking before 2004. I also seen a lot of complaints on the product dating back from 2005 and earlier. Since then I haven't seen may recent complaints. Is Trex a good solution for composite deck? Are the alleged mold problems been fixed in their product? Has anyone had problems with Trex purchased in 2005 or later? (I know there are other products out there but I haven't been able to get it for a cost near that of Trex arround me)

I ask this becuase in wake of the terrible tragedy at V-Tech, I think about the thousands of lives lost in War lead by this society. I mean, innocent woman and children are dying daily internationally. I'd like to see the same remorse and togetherness in terms of the lives lost abroad. Is it that the lives of Americans worth more or more "important". Many say that what America does has a purpose.....but does it?

I am an American, and of color just to add.

-From where can I get an installation file which installs all windows xp updates since sp2: to be used for non-genuine windows?

-How can I transfer updates from a PC with a genuine copy to a PC with a non-genuine copy?

My mother in law has just given given me a birthday gift which was more than adequate given that we do not have a good relationship - just a civil one for the sake of my partner and children (I cannot deny - she's a fantastic grandmother.)

The trouble is that she also gave me $100 cash which I feel awkward about. I think she gives me gifts to compensate for being unable to like me and (possibly) for gossiping about me behind my back. I have seen her do this with others and I assume I am being treated the same.

How can I give the cash back without it looking confrontational?

We are in a serious, but newer relationship. She was a semi-"party" girl, but we fell in love almost instantly. I have two little girls and she does not have any children. Both of us have been married before. I have the girls every other weekend. She goes out from time to time "with her girlfriends". Most being single and party'ers. This past weekend was an overnight stay at a hotel. They all went out, some guys met them out, and one actually came back to the hotel, but stayed in another room. I trust her 100% but I have mixed feelings with this event as well as upcoming excursions. She says she will be doing this about once a month. How should I feel and what should I be saying? I like to think I am not that jealous, but I think everyone is to some extent. i just want to say and do the right thing.

Ever since my 22 month old learned the word no he says it all the time. When told what to do he says no. My husband spanks him each time he does this until he starts to cry. I hate to hurt him, I just feel he will eventually grow out of it. Am I wrong? My husband and I always argue about discipling our children. I know I need to do it but constantly spanking them is frustrating and tiring. Mature answers please.

A question to help a friend of mine. He's an interior decorator and has problems removing paint from his hands, specially round his nails. Even white spirit does not seem to help remove all of the paint. Can anybody else recommend another home remedy that won't burn the skin from his hands.

hardly the automatic weapons offered today. There is no reason handguns and assault weapons are legal, except lobbying from the NRA. Come on folks some gun control is logical and nrecessary.
