I believe "JD" pretty much hit the nail on the head. Too many misunderstand what documents are available or not under FOIA.
The "suicide note" would be would not normally be a part of documentation made available. Additionally, FYI, cases still under investigation are not accessible under FOIA.

Most suicide notes would not be available, unless released by the judge.
However, I have seen several instances where suicide notes which had testamentary provisions were probated in both Franklin County and Fulton County, Pennsylvania. I came across them while doing title searches for an abstracting company a few years ago.

Only after the investication is done.. You can't get anything such as that while the investication is pending.. Doesn't mean that the media isen't trying to get it under the act..lol

No they are not. Suicide notes are not considered "Public". Infact, they are definitely private messages.

Keep in mind also... that you can request anything that you would like BUT 95% of it may be blacked out and the only words that you would be able to read will be words like "and, it, of, they...etc.)

yes after everything is done with the investigation and then the trial if there would be one,and then the judge would have to issue a order releasing it
