In a fire alarm control panel, can i connect 100 "Smoke detector with sounders" in one loop?

It depends on the panel. Most addressable panels will support that many detectors on one loop. The sounders however, are sometimes wired separately, and you will want to make sure the power supply can power all 100 sounders.

While it is true that if the loop goes down, all 100 detectors go down with it, you will get a trouble alert at the panel that there is a problem, it's not like that condition would go unchecked.
