MEXICO CITY (AP) — Miss Mexico is toning down her Miss Universe pageant dress — not because it's too slinky or low-cut, but because its bullet-studded belt and images of hangings from a 1920s uprising have outraged Mexicans.

i ve married for 10 months.my husband is very jealous.he doesnt let me go out without him,and he doesnt let me work.he works all the day.and i m sitting all day at home .and doing nothing.it s so boring.
once a week he takes me out.the other days he s working.
even i cant go hairdresser alone.what should i do.

i feel really stupid, but i just got this 96 geo tracker and it didn't come with a manual or anything so i'm lost. my tracker has this little stick thing in the middle of the driver's seat and the passenger's seat. it's an automatic so it's not a gear shift. what is it and how am i supposed to use it? please help!

and this is why: To start off with I do not like my hubby drinking because once he starts he has a hard time stopping and we had a bad incident once (won't go there). Well I recently let him buy his beer so he can drink it in the comfort of our home but under the condition that he controls the amount he drinks. As soon as he gets home from work he grabs 'a cold one' and yesterday I gave him 'the look' when he stated that he was going to grab one and he said "ok ok, I was just kidding." Well we sat down to eat lunch and what does this man do?! He trys to sneak a bear in the room..he sat it on the floor on the side of the couch, WE HAVE HARD WOOD FLOORS. I mean come on he was trying to be slick. I didn't say anything, I wanted to see where he was goign with this and if he was indeed trying to hide it. I get up to go take a shower and told him to keep an eye on our daughter...the whole time I am getting ready to get into the shower he is peaking his head over the couch (continued)

hello all! i have an american friend who has a filipina girlfriend...she just met the woman thru chat and he is planning to visit her this september...he asked me a favor if i could help him find out the real status of the woman....what should i do? i live in mindanao and the woman is in luzon...is it ok to call NSO and inquire there? or i will just give the phone number of NSO to my friend and he will do the rest?

I am planning on going to the eye doctor but wanted to know what this could be. . . sometimes, especially when it's especially bright or dim in a room, my eyesight will "flicker"--go dim for a moment, or alternate between dim and normal for a few moments, as if someone is turning a light on and off. Any ideas on what this can be? I can't seem to find anything on the Web about it. Thanks.

It usually takes me months or even years to come to grips that someone I know died. But, my friend that just passed away provided me with tears of grief and sorrow in an instant... I keep thinking what made him so different? Is it because I am older now and understand death a little more or maybe because I am more emotional now than I was back then...

I am also very fascinated with death and I think that is another reason why it usually takes me a while to realize that someone is gone forever...

I have a 55 gallon tank with 2 black tetras, 2 male guppies, 3 tuxedo paties, a pecostamos and a chinese algae eater. The temperature is around 78 right now due to ick infestation. I have the new goldfish in a quarentine tank right now and will be for the next week or two until ick is all the way gone and I clean out the tank. My question is what is the highest temperature my goldfish can be in? My other fish like the water kinda warm but will tolerate lower temps. after treatment is done.
