Things You'll Need * 12oz bottle/can of Beer, preferably a lager or light beer * Tomato juice -- Bloody Mary or Caesar Mixer work also * 1 pinch salt * 1 pinch pepper * 1 splash Tabasco Steps 1 Step One Pour beer into cold pint glass or frosty mug, make sure to angle mug 45 degrees to discourage foam. 2 Step Two Add 1 cup of tomato juice to glass (can add more or less depending on desired taste). Another great option in Bloody Mary or Caesar Mix----Clamato works as well.

Absolute something
1oz vodka
1oz Southern Comfort
1oz Tequila
1oz raspberry liquer
1oz triple sec
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
mix & strain in shot glasses

Godfather
1 1/2 oz scotch
3/4 amaretto

Red Death
1/2 oz---
vodka, southern comfort, amaretto, triple sec, sloe gin
(optional) lime juice and top w/ oj

If you want to keep it simple just try ZingZang bloody mary mix, its really really good, plus I use it in alot of my cooking, especially okra and tomatoes.

Bloody Mary.....

~~~~~~~~ Bloody Mary ~~~~~~~~
Serves: 1

1 1/2 ounces vodka
3 ounces tomato juice
2 dashes of lemon juice
a few drops of Tabasco sauce, or to taste
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper
lemon slice or celery stalk for garnish

Shake the liquid ingredients together along with a few large ice cubes.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass, balloon wine glass, or highball glass.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garnish with lemon slice or celery stalk. Add Worcestershire sauce if desired.

Variation:
To make a Bloody Maria, substitute tequila for vodka.
To make a Danish Maria, substitute aquavit for vodka.
To make a Red Snapper, substitute gin for vodka.
To make a Virgin Mary, omit the vodka.

6 small celery stalks

1. In 2-quart pitcher, combine tomato juice, vodka, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire, red-pepper sauce, and black pepper.

2. To serve, fill 6 glasses with ice cubes. Divide tomato mixture among glasses. Garnish each glass with a celery stalk.

Mine is fairly simple..
Vodka
store bought Clamato juice (spicey)
tobasco sauce(to your liking)
worchestershire sauce
stir
if you want you can put the pepper/salt brim around the rim of glass, add a stalk of celery*
