Where do I stand?My daughter was kicked out of Girl Scouts 2daysafter her 7 Birthday.After school she walked from class to the caffateria to attend Brownies when she was told by her leader she was not allowed. She was no longer alloud to be a Girl Scout Ever!I called the council when I got home from picking up my daughter.They new nothing about it.After weeks of waiting they had a sit down with everyone. The Council decided since this was the first complaint they had against this leader that what they call a solution is to have one of their staff at every meeting till the end of the school year.My thing is my child goes to a very small school 98%whitewith wich my child fall in the other 2%.I try to teach her that she is just like everyone else.Iput her in Brownies because they build courge confidence and character and what this leader pulled did the total oposit. I had a vey good experience in Brownies I would like the same for my child. How can she get away with hurting my 7y child ??

The VT shooting is a horrific tragedy, and being in college it has rocked our community culture for sure. But do you think that bleeding heart America is being a bit inconsistent?
I know this took place on American soil and is horrible (I'm not trying to take away from that), but we have 30+ Americans die every day in Iraq (most of which are only barely 18years old), plus millions of others that die in more horrific ways all over the world, but I don't see stadiums packed with prayer groups for that...
Are we being irrational about the VT incident, or at least inconsistent? Is the rest of the world who has to deal with car bombings on an everyday basis, laughing at our "out of sight, out of mind" approach to tragedy?
Like i said not trying to sounds like an asshole with this question, the incident affected all of us, I am just making an observation...

Problem is random and not all PC's drop off at the same time, so not the cable modem. Have removed WiFi and tested with Cat5 cable instead to no avail. This one has me stumped! Any ideas will be welcome

I payed off my car loan, but I did pay late and always payed the late fee which was ten dollars.
Will this affect my credit the next time I buy a car?
I heard that it isn't reported until after 60 days,

We're hearing conservative gums flapping constantly about "activist judges", yet they're fine with activism on the Supreme Court. More and more frequently, their judges are making partisan stands in SCOTUS decisions without regard for what the Constitution and prior law/decisions actually say. (Such as today's "partial birth abortion" decision.)

Should the justices be making decisions along partisan lines, as we see increasingly happening, or should they deviate from their current course of action and actually make choices based on Constitutional law?
