Dinner is better. you can eat Breakfast once, Lunch once, but you can eat dinner as many times as you want. The bast time to go to a Buffy is at dinner time.

I am rarely up in time to eat breakfast. It is closer to lunchtime. I don't have a preference between lunch and dinner, but I prefer to eat them in restaurants.

Oh my... for breakfast there are those yummy belgium waffles, toast, bacon, sausages, omlettes, pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit, cereal.... Lunch hotdogs, pizza, burgers, sanwhiches, salads..... Dinner pasta, steak, chicken.... oh gosh they are all soooo good.... I love all of them!!!! my mouthis watering I have to get something to eat!
