I had a friend who died. She was a sweet girl. How do you feel about the killings?

I have been dating this girl for almost 5 years now. She was in a car accident four months ago and had severe head trauma. She has been diagnosed with Epilepsy. My first question is, what is it and does it go away? My second question is, would I seem like a total a** if I broke up with her now? I'm sorry but I just can't deal with all of this. I'm not used to her being so dependent on me. She used to work, drive, and have her own life. If I wanted all this I would've had kids by now!

I own a handgun for recreational shooting and a shotgun for hunting. My guns are kept locked away. I do not keep bullets in the house. My children have been educated on gun safety and the dangers of not being responsible with guns. I allow my children to shoot the guns at a safe firing range with adequate supervision. I do not believe everyone should own guns. I feel it should be the right of law-abiding citizens to choose to own a gun if they want.

First I must say that I'm absolutely disgusted in my fellow Americans who are using this TRAGEDY and LOSS OF HUMAN LIFE to further or promote their political ideals !!

Making this a 'political issue' is beneath decent humanity .
And it's disgusting to see people do that OVER THE DEAD CORPSES OF OUR YOUTH !!. . . .Now you know my opinion .
Anyways , a reporter has just called into a local radio show and given a very possible reason for the College and Police to have acted the way they did . He reports that there's a strong possibility that this was part of a 'love triangle' consisting of 2 Asian men and one woman . He says when police first arrived they received evidence that an Asian man had been the perp and he had been seen fleeing the scene . They even had descriptions of him and somehow knew who he was and possibly the description of his vehicle . So police pursued this individual and later found out that he was a third party not involved in the shooting, but a by-stander(cont)

Anyone else think it's socially irresponsible for the NRA to fight against every form of gun control proposed? Be it tougher laws on illegal firearms, or more money to fund government agencies in charge of regulating firearms like the ATF?? Are they not partially responsible for the massacre that occured in Virgnia?

I know the NRA is supposed to be about responsible gun owners, but some of their policies are making it easier for deadly weapons to get into the hands of dangerous people.

I have a tank with 3 platies. I've read that bettas are generally compatible with platies. Has anyone had any personal experience with this combination? Did it work okay for you?

If anyone responds that bettas belong in small bowls (wrong) or that bettas kill all other fish (also wrong) you'll get a thumbs down and be ignored. I'm not interested in innaccurate 'common knowledge', I want personal experience, thanks.

My dd woke up this morning with puffy, water, red eyes with gunk on them that I had to wipe off with a wash cloth, she also had boogers in her nose. I noticed when she woke up at 4 this morning when I put her back down she had trouble going back to sleep cause she couldn't breath very well, but she ate her bottle just fine. Can I give her benadryl, she is 8.5 months old and weighs about 16 lbs?

I have many black and white family pictures dating back to the 50's and to this day they have been in a tote bag. Recently i found out a family member (who is 18) has been using meth here and there. she leaves her daughter (2) with my mom some weekends and stays gone all weekend and comes back and sleeps for hours. when she wakes up she has extreme mood swings and argues with everyone. i love her but how do i help her see she is ruining her life and her daughter's?
