A good place to start would be Wikipedia. If you type Albert Einstein into the search box, you will get all the information you need on the man himself. As for him as a role model, that's probably more down to your own interpretation of the information you find than getting help from anyone. Make sure you get your information, then formulate a plan, then write the essay. It always helps me so much to structure it out first. :)
