I hate the one's where people ask if they are pregnant! I meen cant they get an x-ray of the Doc. or use a pregnancy test????

1; Any questions to do with medical problems, since the answers are often dangerously wong and people should really be seeing a doctor rather than asking on here.
2; questions such as "what shall I have for lunch today" and "anyone see the match last night" etc.
I'll probably get flamed for this but I understood YA to be different from other forums in that it's a real way of asking stuff we don't know and getting answers and explanations.
That's how it started but it's now 90% chat / discussion. Which is great but there are in my opinion other forums to do that on. We're kind of losing the whole point here.
Bring on the thumbs down....

It's not as much the questions I dislike as the way some people answer!
... especially, in that because they have an entirely different viewppoint, such as the negative impacts of feminism on the job market or on economics, or the [so-called] scientists or 'students' who put your views against "evolution of the species", for example, down in a manner whereby they 'publicly' brand you as simply ignorant or wouldn't know the first thing about biology, etc. and belt you about for your "archaic", etc views [when I've actually had honors in the thing - but that is neither here nor there; it is their attacking - yet really 'defensive' manner, when they don't have the real answers to my points], or those atheists who behave in similar critical and judgmental fashion when you answer OR ask a question about God...
In essence, it is those people who really get quite personal about your point of view ... and in most cases, simply because they don't have a valid, reasonable rebuttal of your points.
They are the ones that annoy me.

Before I saw the full question I was going to say the ones that say things like..'what sort of a question do you hate'!! by that i mean the ones that don't really ask a question that requires an answer. I also avoid the ..am I pregnant.. does he/she love me and the will you do my homework for me ones!! If they have the time to sit and type reams of stuff into this site, then they have the time to do it for themselves!

The pregnancy test ones are annoying, but they're usually just kids and scared.
The ones which really annoy me are the kind of questions which you could find out by searching on the internet for 1 minute - thats just laziness.
Or the ones where they've just plainly got their facts wrong.

The ones where people say "Should I leave him?" or "Does he like me?" and then leaves a few vague details like "He looks at me sometimes and we meet eyes" as if based on this limited information we are supposed to psyhcicly connect with the object of their desire, who we have never met before, and ascertain whether he likes this person or not.
And I hate the pregnant ones - I DONT KNOW, BUY A PREGNANCY TEST, THEY ARE UNDER TEN POUNDS!!!
I am going to copy that and use it as my standard response from now on.

It's not the questions i hate . If i don't like a certain question i'll just pass it by , simple as that ... It's when you get tedious answers from people saying your question is boring or try correcting your spelling or i've heard this before like a gazillion times blah blah blah .. I mean why can't these people just pass right on by !! !

The ones with the really bad spelling and grammar. It's a wonder some of the questions get answers.

It's not that I hate them, but serious questions that women ask about their health (pregnancy, bleeding, etc.) are a waste of time to ask in this forum. We are not doctors, and they really should be asking professionals. Second , the teenage girls who ask questions that they should be asking their parents - sex , relationships, etc. But - I am happy to help anyone who asks a question that I know something about.

I'm starting to hate 'How are things at uni?' I know thats harsh and people are only asking how i'm doing but you have to say it so often that you feel like getting it printed on a T-Shirt! And plus its the only thing people can ever think of to say to me
