Question is aimed at UK people but I'm interested in anybody's response - although I think you Americans will find the question a bit absurd....

And it has to be a working, functioning, deadly gun please, seen in real life at close quarters, and obviously not held by police or armed forces... I hope you know what I'm getting at. Please no air rifles, replicas, or an uzi held by a police officer at Buckingham Palace etc. I hope you agree that would be a meaningless survey...

Trying to be nice by holding the door for whoever behind you... Not only does the person naturally makes their way in without a "thank you" or, at least show you their "appreciativeness" by just TOUCH the door, they simply go through without even a nice eye contact!!


This has happened to me quite a few times... I am honestly getting tired and annoyed. So yesterday, when I held the door for a middleaged lady, after she "naturally" made herself in, I slammed the door on her husband behind her :)

I have a 2 and 3 year old. They know their basic colors, the alphabet, they can count to 10 in english and spanish. How would I go about teaching them to write? I thought that I would first start teaching them shapes, how to draw them and then start showing them how to write the alphabet, would that be the right order? Any suggestions?

for the past two years i've been getting new allergies. but really bad allergies to things that i've been around all my life. it's really frustrating. i sat in the grass one day and then for the next five days i was throwing up and i couldn't eat and i was covered in hives. i now know that i am allergic to grass and alot of other things that i had been eating or been around all my life. like avacados and tomatos.. does any one know why this happens?

i just got a lab mix and i keep her in the house how often should i take her a bath and can i use regular tooth paste to brush her teeth or do i just leave her teeth alone i just want to brush them cause her breath smells i know they sell biscuts and stuff for there teeth but can i just brush them.

I am so disgusted by some people on here.

33 people died... and what are a lot (NOT ALL) of you doing? Trying to blame it on Satan - Asking where God was - Saying he was an Atheist - Blaming it on lack of God in schools - Saying he was a brain washed fundie

WHY ARE YOU ASKING THIS?!

This is a very FRESH and sensitive subject - why not let people start to heal before objectifying this? For crying out loud, parents lost their children, loved ones are lost and you are trying to put blame on Satan or questioning God's whereabouts?

This shooter was mentally unstable. That is all that is needed to be known! Show your respects and stop disrespecting those that died by trivializing this incidence

In the option chain, and this is just a question in general, if you see "options interest" at something high like 38,000 but the volume (for that day) is zero, does that likely mean if I try to buy that option it wont be filled, i.e. the interest exceeds the number of share holders willing to write options on their stock ? So in that case I shouldn't even try to purchase the option because there are thousands of people ahead of me (assuming I am only willing to pay a reasonable price) ?

A second question is this: Is it generally harder to get your options order filled than a stock order ? Do only 30-60 % of options orders get filled, whereas 80% of stock orders get filled ?

I'm writing a script for college about the 7 deadly sins and currently enjoying finding more about demons, angels, devil, god and stuff. however...i've hit a point where i'm just lost.

It says the Demon of Wrath is Satan. but the demon of Pride is Lucifer. I've created these as seperate entities living in hell along with the other 5 deadly vices...
So...now im confused. Who is the devil? I've heard that lucifer was once called satan. or the other way round- i forget.
So how can christians believe that these demons are the two vices when they think that they are the same person?
Or am i just going off in the completely wrong direction?
I dont want to twist a religion as i want to keep it consise with beliefs but i'm so confused now!
Satan was an angel who fell from heaven. Are the demons the other angels that fell with him? [i read a 1/3 of angels followed]
if anyone could explain this to me, if not for my own curiosity now other than my failing script, i would appreciate it :)

For months now I have been experiencing these severe headaches. The headache always occurs on the same side right above my eye and by the temple. The headache usually lasts several hours and then goes away. Afterwards for a few days the spot that I had the headache is very tender and sore to even touch. Does anyone else suffer from something like this and if so what do you do to help it?

Who here thinks the law should be enforced? What should the sentence(jail time) be? We agreed people who sleep with other people before waiting for marriage are breaking the law. The law will encourage a very high percentage of people to choose abstinence. For instance, doing drugs will land you in jail and this acts as a deterrant to drug usage.
