Alright, my whole life, I wanted to save my virginity for someone special. I met this guy at his apartment with my sister's boyfriend. We spent 5 days together off and on...drinking. I then lost my virginity to him on our 5 day of spending time together (whilst being drunk off Rum and Coke). He told me he was the one and I believed him...because I reallyyy liked him. This was 2 weeks before my 18th birthday. I'm now 22. Anyway, I haven't had sex with anyone but that guy and now I have met a guy I like...that I am dating. But on every date he tries to get sexual with me. He respects me wanting to wait until later on...but on our first date, he told me he didn't want anything serious. But we talk almost every day over the phone or Myspace. I don't know if he's starting to fall for me or what. But it seems like he wants some form of sex on every date. I am not ready. I want my first REAL time to be special and romantic with someone I am in a relationship with (TBC)

my friend took like all AP classes, was the president of a Model UN club, ... any many other achievements

he also told me that two of his national merit scholar friends got rejected..

i mean this isn't stanford or harford.. this is UC Berkeley (aka. Cal)

what do colleges look for most now? I'm a freshman in hs, and currently have a 4.0 (also athletic and play instruments).. though not super outstanding at any.. i also participated in CJSF in middle school (california junior scholarship foundation) altho i dont know what that does.. i got a sticker on my 8th grade diploma tho lol

so yeah.. ideas?

The same thing happened during Vietnam...the mormon lighting himself on fire holding his baby under McNamara's window...when you are randomly killing innocent people in other countries, what is the value of human life at all? What's 33 American lives compared to 300,000 Iraqis that have died since March 2003? for me, it was when this total stranger took me to the hospital after I'd been in a terrible car wreck. It would have taken a longer time for the ambulance to get there, than for him to take me. I was bloody and muddy, but he let me in his truck, and waited until he knew I was ok at the hospital.

I bought a dvd player and connected it to a TV. The player is placed just a shelf below the TV in a cabinet. The problem is when I use the DVD player's remote, it causes some function to execute in the TV. Say I press the fwd button on the DVD remote it causes the TV to shut power off.

How can this problem be resolved of interfering remote control?

If the symbol used to be a fish then why was it switched to a cross, I know it was the enemy of Christ that named his followers. Under whose rule was this switched and why. The fish was used because Jesus was a fisher of souls. If we can switch symbols that easy then what does it all mean?
