Don't do that, putting on muscle takes a long time. Don't give up so quickly. Just remember that gaining weight cannot guarantee that your arms will get fatter. On women, fat usually stores in the thigh areas. For men, fat will usually deposit in the face, and on the waist. Be careful and good luck.

The fat will be distributed more or less proportionately throughout your body. Personally, my arms seem to be the last place any excess fat gets stored! I'm sure if you worked out properly, you could increase the size of your arms. Maybe consult with a personal trainer and tell him/her your goals. Of course, you're joking, right? About the fat, I mean.

there is no way to specifically gain fat on the arms. you have to increase the body fat percentage to do that.

if you "tried" weights and it didn't work either you weren't eating enough or training hard enough. if people in their 60's & 70's gain increase muscle mass from resistance training I'm quite positive that a teen can.
