chocolate chips, no idea. But if u are into chocolates, chocolates from Patchi comes with varieties such as sugar free, milk free, etc..Of course they do have those with nuts and normal chocolates as well..

I don't think so. I've seen "low fat" or "reduced fat" but not fat-free.

I believe Nestle makes a low fat chocolate chip, or baking chips.
