Should he be given another chance? or should I move on?

Well...this guy I frequent the same gym, and we met a few months ago, and he always flirted with me, he even asked me to call him if I ever wanted to hang out, or go to a movie, but I never did.So a few months ago, and we set some dates, and out plans never went through, so we never got the chance to hook up and plus I stopped going to the gym so I never really ran into him.So I started going back to the gym, a few weeks ago, and when he seen me he was smiling, and he asked me out again, but his uncle/friend passed away...and I verified this so it actually DID happen,and he apologized and we had a long talk, and he told me was sorry, and that he doesnt want me to think he doesn't want to be bothered with me, but that he's trying to get out of financial difficulties and want's he gets this second job "it's on and crackin"lol..so would you say he likes me or pullin my leg?

Building muscle with weights advice please?

I am starting to lift weights but need advice on some questions guys and girls

1. I have only just started and am using 5kg weights. Am i weak if i can only lift 5kgs at first? I recently saw a documentary about young bodybuilders where this 15 year old girl was curling 7.5kg weights. So am i just a weak person?

2. I am very slender and so will i need to put on fat first by eating loads of food and then work out to see bigger muscles develop as the fat turns to muscle or can i see good gains from going from slender to muscular?

Hi. We just took two Hispanic kids into foster care (3 and 4) and I need to know some basic "comforting phrases" for when they're crying. The 3 year old doesn't know the differece between Spanish and English...he has a Spanglish thing going on. The four year old knows the difference and realizes that we don't speak Spanish, speaks to us in English and her brother in Spanish. I know a good native language literacy program to put them in should we keep them, so we are planning to nurture their culture. I just need a few comfort phrases and their meanings. Thanks!

(example: I was putting my shoes on this morning for work and the little boy wanted his zapatos and stated crying when I told him he wasn't coming with. I think Hasta Luego would've been better than Bye Bye.)

Why are parents not teaching thier children values anymore?

I am 32 and have a 13yr. old daughter. One thing her father and I have noticed with the kids her age is the lack of parental supervision. We are not overly strict parents. We taught our daughter morals, respect, and values right from the beginning.
But a lot of her friends parents are never home, their children are disrespectful, i.e. throwing their garbage on our lawn when they visit, spitting on our patio.
They run the neighborhood at all ours of the day and night.
Many of them are all ready having sex.
What do you think is the reason for this change in parenting?
How scared are you for the future of these kids?

Im 14 and i wish i was 21!!!! ={?

Helpo!!! I'm 14 years old and now im starting to wish that i was like, 21 or something! When ur 21, u can so almost anything, cuz ur an adult! A question to those who want to make guns illegal???

How about we do these other things too?

*Establish the Anti-Offensive Speech Police to fine and/or imprison anyone who says anything offensive to various protected groups.

*Eliminate freedom of religion and make Islam the official religion of the US—you can’t have religious intolerance when we all have the same religion!

*Remove all masculine words from the English language (his, him, Mr., etc.) and discourage any emphasis on gender or sex. Also, change “God the Father” to “God the Parent.”

*Eliminate the right to public assembly; after all, when people are in groups, bad things can happen.

*Eliminate the right to a trial by jury. If someone is innocent, a federally appointed judge should be sufficient.

*Eliminate the right to illegal search and seizure—those who have nothing to hide have nothing to fear.

Book tips?

Do any of you have any tips on becoming an accomplished authour? Either that or do you know any websites on how to write books. I already finished writing a book manuscript but now I'm kinda nervous on sending it to a book publisher. So far I have read it to my friends and family and they LOVED it. And they were serious. I'm writing a (clean-cut) comedy and it sent them cracking-up. (I saw some tears on one of my friends.) This would be great. Thanks.

Excercise's that I can do when I had scoliosis surgery?

I had severe Scoliosis, and now I have Metal rods in my back from the top of my back, down to the middle of it. I cant do crunches and stuff like that. I walk but I want something to add to my workout other than walking. But i cant bend twist or turn that much, so I cant do crunches nor most of the other excercises. What type of excercises do yall know of that I could do in this condition?
