Hello Everyone,

I live in a corprate housing apartment and had MAJOR water damage from a broken dishwasher pipe from the floor above me. I was out of town that night and came home to find 2 laptops, and the rest of my home office distroyed by water. 3 inches of water in my living room, all furniture, eletronics, entire kitchen, printers, faxes, clothes and so on.. I estimate close to 15,000 in domages if not more. Do i go after the apartment building or the tenants who left their dishwasher on.. The entire ceiling drywall is caving in, wall are pealing and so on. but again I am only renting.. Any Advise?

I have a decent size pond. I have tried everything to keep the water clear, but still goes a murky green. All the inner walls have a green "fur" on it. It has been cleaned, painted with the correct paint, has a good pump, uv light, the pond plants have been potted in the correct pond soil. Am at a total loss as what else I can do!!

i met this girl and i already knew her for about 4 months already. at first she seems to like like me.. we contacted each other everyday.. she called me by telling i miss u.. and sumtimes sms me and telling that i love u.. but recently i dont know y our flame and feelings are depleting slowly but my my feelings for her is getting stronger... i think that she already bored with me... last time our messages is full with smilies and now i think that only my msgs to her contain smileys.. and she answered like she's already bored.... does anybody have any idea what to talk to embrace back the flame of our relationship so that she wont find so boring because the most important thing in a relationship is conversation... and right now i dont know what topic is the best to talk to her so that she wont be bored....

I bought a computer it had no problem, But I wanted to but a mini case (The smallest size available), the dealer told me that the mini case has a problem that it heat up the system which is not good of the motherboard and other stuff. I'm looking for one of his proyects, it's called the House of the Woodcutters, not the guards, it's a one floor house with a neoclasic facade, designed somewhere about 1750. It never got built. Where can I find the drawing of it? I've looked all over the internet and still not found it, only got a sketch in my historybook. I need a more detailed one.

hi, I need your advice. I am not a topmodel or anything similar but I believe I dont look so bad either. I go to high school and I am sixteen years old. even though I think I am fun to hang out with and I have many friends I dont seem to attract guys. at least they dont ever adress me in this way. many of my friends have boyfriends and admirers and I dont think I am anyhow worse than them. once a guy I really liked started noticeing me but a week later he asked me for my friends phone number and wanted me to set him up with her. so again it wasnt about me afterall. I am not unattractive or boring, I think that if a guy got to know me better he would find out. the problem is, no guys even approach me, they dont seem interested to get to know me better. I am a nice person come on!!!! please give me some tips, i want to be noticed.

Cucas Cookie Recipe?

There is a cooki in puerto rico called Cucas.

This is my favorite cookie which I've only had purchased. It is a very hard, crunchy, dark brown flat cookie. It sort of has a molasses and/or ginger taste to it.

I would love to be able to make these from scratch. I have searched for months on line and I have posted this question before. So far I don't know ANYONE who has a recipe.

Apparently there is a site with a recipe for Galletas de Cuca which is Costa Rican but it is completely different from the one I am looking for from Puerto Rico.

Please help!!!! SOMEONE has got to have the recipe. If you live in Puerto Rico or are in Puerto Rico I would very much appreciate if you could ask around maybe at the local Panaderia or an older person. It seems like our elders in Puerto Rico have the recipes to all the foods we are starting to lose over time!
