Im trying to file my taxes as we speak online and I read somewhere that for TX we dont have to file State Tax only Federal...is that True?

I have a 12 year old niece and Ive heard thru the grapevine that she's threatening self harm in front of her friends. Her mums confronted her about it and my niece says that she would never do it, it just slipped out. But Im not convinced, does anyone know how to approach this with someone so young, and please only sensible answers...

She refuses to carry on the tradition to wear my wedding dress. It's customary the daughter wears her mothers dress.

My husband has told me he wants a divorce, but that he wants me to do the paperwork and say I want the divorce (not him) so he won't have to pay as much if anything. Where do we began' to clean up pollution, our world is already polluted ?, it's not like we have a big airconditioner filter how do you clean oil out of water and expect the water not to be polluted? i go to music on wednesday's and there is a boy there. He is a skater and he has meduim lengh hair. i talk to him quite alot , and i talk to him on myspace and msn. i fancie him ( im bi sexual ) but i dont know what his sexuallity is . on his myaspace it says straight but of course he would put that. he hangs around with lads so thats one thing that makes me thinks hes not gay or bi but one of his mates is bi sexual and he hangs around with his friends . anyway on msn he said to me "tom is sexy" for no reason at all infact we was on about when our next music lesson is after the holodays and then he says that then he signs off msn :S ... pelase help me !!!!!

It seems like one possible solution would be to provide Iran with a charitable gift of a nuclear power plant (much like France did for the US with the statue of liberty). If this were done then Iran would have no real excuse to continue on with their plans for uranium enrichment, ect. It is also possible that this action could sway some of the peoples of this area towards a better outlook on the westerners.
