Im trying to file my taxes as we speak online and I read somewhere that for TX we dont have to file State Tax only Federal...is that True?

Yes that is true. There is no income tax in Texas. It's in the state constitution.

Key word REFUND some amount returned to you. Tax return several some forms and schedules that you have to use in order to correctly complete your required income tax returns. And since Texas does NOT have a state income tax you did not have any Texas state income tax withheld from your gross wages earnings for the tax year. Nothing would be available as REFUND for this purpose for state taxes in Texas. Hope that you find the above enclosed information useful.

Yes it's true - Texas doesn't have a state income tax, so there's nothing to file. Just file your federal.
