that my father is an atheist, that my salvation is in danger? the bible says that children suffer because of the sins of the father, but to honor thy father and mother? he and i have had many, many discussions/fights about who is right and wrong (which is why i love the R&S so much---gives me some fuel), and i sincerely do wish he would convert BACK to christianity (he used to be a deacon and sunday school superintendent) because i truly do believe that there is a hell, and he is my daddy and i love him and i do not want to see him die knowing he will go to hell because he has turned his back on God.
ANYWAY!--can BOTH christians and atheists alike give me some advo?

1996 Dodge Intrepid, Im actually getting rid of it here in the next two months and buying my first new car. A friend of mine promised to do all the work on it to get it ready to give to my little sister....So we are doing a ball joint and a wheel bearing, and a tune up... in which he told me to get a new distributer cap... Ok, I am a girl, but I looked under the hood of my car and I don't see one.... and I can't find one in the parts book either... she doesn't have one does she?

My brother was arrested for a stupid prank and it made the news ... he insists on recieving royalites now since he was a feature on the news!

He worked at Dunkin Donuts and he kept putting salt instead of sugar in people's coffee ... he did it for awhile - just enough not to be too noticeable.

As he started choosing "favorite" customers, he upped his antics, they caught on, and he got arrested, rightfully so.

He thinks that this is hysterical and should be recieving royalties for it.

He is in his 30's and is not intellectually or mentally challenged, but how do I get it through his thick head that he will not recieve royalties for this before he really makes a fool of himself contacting a lawyer for a case!

1st. e-mail was sent from "Support Team Robot" subject: "Virus Alert! and attachement sent as well. 2nd. e-mail sent from "Customer Support" subject: "Worm Activity Detected!" also with attachement. I plan to delete both messages, but how can I block them from coming back in?

I need to loose 15-20 lbs in 5 weeks. And tone my body. I'm sticking to a 2-3 slim fast/protein shake diet plus 1-2 protein bars a day. My calorie intake is probably around 800-1000. I work out an hour a day if not more. I have a treadmill and a pilates ball and resistance bands. Is this healthy and does anybody have any tips on at home exercises? I have a ton of video's but i dont really enjoy them. My main problem is my core. I do around 5-600 variations of crunches a day.
