This can only be answered by each person and where they choose to place their faith.
The only point to express your own personal views on the subject is argumentative at best.
Being that we all have free will to choose, debating it would only lead to an opinion war which neither side could ever win.

Ah, one of the classic philosophical questions. You will find people on both sides of this question so there is no easy answer.
There is also one concept, that if God did not exist man would be forced to create God, in order to give some sense to their lives. Without a supreme being our entire existence is just chance and has no meaning what-so-ever. That is a scary idea for a lot of people.
Even when a person begins a 12-step program, such as in AA, the very first step is an acknowledgment that there is something out there that is bigger than we are. In AA there is the teaching and understanding that without a supreme being, God if you will, there is no possibility of making sense of life and there is no reason to do better in life, for yourself or for anyone else. If there is no God, then there is nothing ...
There is in addition a thought that many people do not like the way God is, so they are constantly trying to tell God what to do, who to save and who to condemn, what to give or take, etc.
So, either way, God creating man or man crating God, God exists.

God Created man. It is written in the Bible. If you don't believe in the Bible as God's holy word and it is where we should base the way we live, then it would be difficult to understand who created who.

In my opinion, God created man. I am non-religious. Even though the Book Of Genesis says so, my opinion is not based on it.

I think man created the idea of god, to use it to get people do stuff that they say god wants - eg. go to war.
