Any type of pasta, I rock at! I am Italian, so go figure huh! lol I spent many summers at my grandparents house, and my grandparents didn't believe in just sitting around doing nothing while it was time to cook dinner. So from the age of 7 and up I spent every summer in the kitchen. By the time I was 11 I could cook my own Italian dinner, of course with supervision. It's just one thing that I haven't forgotten, and I am greatful cause neither one of my grandparents wrote down recipes, but from all the watching I can make the same thing they made, and mmmmm its pretty damn good! :)

I make a damn good traditional Bangers & Mash with onion gravy

A good Venison stew with chocolate & chilli as well

And all the currys I make are done from scratch, from individual spices, not a sauce from a jar

Bachelor stake
it is stake/tomato's/onions/hot sauce/water/pepper cooked in foil pockets in the oven. If you do the pockets up tight and cook on low you can cook this indefinitely. perfect for someone who doesn't know when he's coming home from the pub!
