To tell you the truth I think food containing natural protein will be more beneficial for you- soya beans/ lentils, chicken, eggs etc. Ditch the shakes!
I think exercising is really important, however, you may be overdoing it.
The pilates ball and the treadmill are a good combination. The ball helps your flexibility and strength and the treadmill is a great cardio workout. How about getting a mini trampoline? They 're great, even if you go on for ten minutes a day. What about doing alternating excercises after stretching such as tricep dips, lunges, press ups, skipping, running up and down the stairs?
Good luck!

That diet cannot be sustained for a very long period of time. Additionally, you are focusing too much on crunches. One cannot "crunch" away fat. Crunches are not heavy calorie burners rather they are a way to tone a select muscle group. At this point, that muscle group may be very well toned but is hidden under a layer of fat.
More leg work will burn more calories. If you cannot go out for a long run or a hard bike ride, do more leg weights in place of the crunches.

No it not healthy. It is possible, but the chances that you will put it back on are greater when:-
a/ you loose weight too quickly. That is more than 1 lb per week.
b/ you rely on food supplements instead of a realistic change of diet, also the lack of variety, fruits/vegies etc is not healthy.
c/ When you are on such a low calorie diet and exercising so vigorously, you body will also be consuming muscle to keep itself fueled.
Take it more slowly and you will benefit more over the long term.
And you don't indicate your starting weight. Is the 15 to 20lbs really excess weight?

That is not many calories even for a small person. Especially
one that is as active as you seem to be. You are doing a lot of the right things and you will surely lose weight if you continue as you are, just don't make yourself ill doing it.
Running or walking in a great way to tone up and lose weight.
Best of Luck.

Honestly, it sounds as if you might be over doing it. I have lost 20 lbs in 2 months but just eating right and exercising 60 minutes a day 3-4x a week.

Not healthy. You need more than protein, you need a certain amount of carbs and other nutrients, also. You should be eating at least five servings of greens a day, and a slice of bread or two. Eat beans for protein, also peanut butter. And get 1200-1500 calories a day, minimum.

doesnt seem too healthy man, crash diets are never any good. youd be better of eating lots of fruit and veg, with lean meats like chicken and turkey.
doin crunches is good but the best thing to do instead of increasing the reps you do is increasing tha resistence, instead of doin 5-600 crunches do 300 with a weight on your chest.

It sounds like your doing everything you should be, its just that it takes time. You'll notice your weight will drop on the scale, especially with what your eating, faster than you'll notice a slimmer tummy. That takes time. You really should be eating more, maybe 2 shakes a day and a regular meal .
