okay, i'm in law school and i am working on a tough question for my assignment. It's about murders and killings..here's the question i'm stuck on. I just needed opinions:

*A guy enters a party very drunk with a gun in his hand. One of the security guards name steve attacks him, trying to get the weapon out of his hand. The drunk guy hits steve with the gun..The other security guard name Paul comes and sees what's going on. In defense of Steve, Paul tries to shoot the drunk guy...but misses... and hits steve instead..Paul got so enraged he shot the drunk guy 5 times---killing him instintly

-Is this first degree murder or second degree murder or manslaughter?

I'm doing a project on silicon and transistors. I've come to the section about 3D transistors (basically using more than one gate). The question is does 3d transistor have any effect on subtreshold leakage of the transistor?

well im 17 nad pregnant.my parents know and so does my boyfriends mom.But there has been a lot going on.My b/f holds long conversations with my friends and they come up to me and tell me stuff that he has apparently said.i dont know weather to beleive them or not.I have been told that he was flirting with 2 of my best friends and wish he would have gotten with them bc then he wouldnt be i nthe situation that he is in.But if thats the case then why does he live with.(note:he does have another place to live if he wanted)But he still is at my house.So i dont know what to do about all this.Should i believe him or my friends.(when i ask him about the stuff i am told he says its not true and he would never say that bc he loves me and wants to be with me)

This is what Martin Luther King Jr. was talking about in his I have a dream speech? Is this what that whole movement was aiming to gain?

I don't think it was, I think when he was killed the dream he so desired went with him. It seems to me the black people and white people for that matter, have torn his dream and aspirations to shreds. I think he would be furious over the destruction of his culture/race by his own people.

Black people have to realize that it's not White people they have to convince that they are equal to us. It's themselves they need to convince. White people aren't the ones holding them back anymore, I hear more white people defending them than lashing out against them. The door is open, if they don't want to walk through it, it's only because they refuse to.

And this Imus issue has to open their eyes to see that it's their own race that is most critical of them, it's their own race who is murdering them in large numbers (gangs).

We all know them...we were all taught them at VBS, etc...we can quote them as well as you...

Can't you just speak of your personal life and testimony, instead of regurgitating the same old scriptures....scriptures that you are probably not convicted of.,..but, verses you were taught to "use as your shield" against the heathens.

Your personal walk would speak so much louder than your words.

The Bible was written by human beings...while inspired by God...II Timothy 3:16....

The writers of the Bible used their own ideas, customs and traditions of the day...remember that when quoting a verse here and there...we can find verses to support almost any opinion, or side of an opinion one may have....theologians from each religion interpret the same verses differently....and finally, there is only one ultimate authority on scripture and that is Jesus Christ himself....unless you are God...quit pretending to be him, by pretending to have all of the answers with your few little verses.

To providing as much tangible good and charity to society as Imus?

He raised 1 million for Sids two days ago, he runs the ranch for kids with cancer, he gives quite a bit of his money to charity.

Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, chase the spotlight like lawyers chasing ambulances, they shake down corporations with the threat of the race card. In the years that they have worn the leadership mantle of their communitites, nothing tangible has happened. If anything crime has risen and the plight of African Americans has worsened. How can this be a good thing for society.

Words can hurt, but loosing actual tangible help for charities can be physically damaging.

How can this be a good thing?

I haven't been able to get my games to work on it. I think this program is Too hard to use. Too hard to understand. I'm on winxp now. I paid $89.00 at Best Buy for it and I think it was a wasted $89.00! Any Thoughts?

As a handsome white boy who is dating a beautiful indian girl, I cannot help but notice how much attraction there is between the two. Of course, another race might feel a particular attraction for someone else, but I'm just discussing white and indian. I feel like we're starting to pursue each other in greater numbers, and I cannot figure it out. Ideally, no person should date just one particular race, but I cannot help the type I'm attracted to.
