I always seem to be bored, I have loads of things coming up, and have spent my "fun" budget. please advse summer fun things that are relatively cheap!!

+Find free clubs or go swimming
+Volunteer-libaries, pounds etc are always looking for volunteers
+Read/video games/watch tv, enjoy your hobbies
+Go outside and play sports
+Start a new hobby or craft

if you like game CDs then get to your nearest Dollar Store as there you can get good CDs for only a few bucks or you can try out some hobby craftshops.

Go swimming. Most local and state parks are free and offer swimming areas.

canoeing is fun - nature trails - morel mushroom hunting - Camping - when was the last time you went to a museum?
Caving with your local grotto.
