It might be, or it might be that you are having some other form of blood pressure problem, or even that you are mildly dehydrated or in need of something to eat.

How long have these dizzy spells been going on? You may want to get someone to take you to the ER.

Proberbly not.
A stroke is a blood clot somewhere in the body.
This usually causes the brain to loose controll of the side on which the clot occured. Use of this side can be gained again, however is usually never the same again.
Strokes commonly occur in the 50+ age group.
However you should still go see your doctor to find out the cause of the dizziness.

Could be a lot of things. If your ears ring, you lose some hearing, and/or your ears feel plugged, it could be Meniere's Disease.

My best advice is go ask a doctor.

It could be a lot of things....for a stroke,,,do this,,,Raise your arms....talk, and smile,,,if any of those is off, call 911
