Absolutely. Sometimes it's nice to talk to someone else, who isn't invested in your issues, about stuff that's bothering you.

Yes. I couldn't really see it at the time, but learned a lot of things that are helping me even today.
If I had all the money and time , I would gladly go weekly or bi-weekly. Luckily I have 2 really good girlfriends who are my counselors/playmates/buddies/kindred spirits.

Yes, I have. It's good, especially because you get someone from the outside who knows nothing about you to help compared to like a mom or a friend.

Definately! I suffer from high anxiety and insomnia. Until seeking therapy AND being prescribed the right medications, I'm "normal" again!
