I want to know if I apply for Austalia skill migration than how much time it takes on whole from assessment to final VISA. I'll apply from Newdelhi, India.

It may take a year or more. It can be faster if you have a job lined up and a sponsor. Good luck!

I have heard of people who had everything prepared including medicals, skills assessments, English tests/evidence, and in their case a sponsor and then finally put in the application, and then had their visa in just a few weeks. The skills assessment can take anything from about a month to two or three months or longer, depending on what skill and who assesses it in Australia.
In other cases I have seen people get the skills assessed quickly, the medical okay, but they weren't able to pass the English test.
My other experience is that all the time periods that are given on the various forms/websites are generally maximums - even if they say it will take two months for something, you will usually get a response inside that time.
The first step is usually to get the skills assessment,
