what do u say to "you don't LOOK mexican"?

i get this A LOT, and i've never found a "proper" or 'miss-manners-friendly" response. i usually respond with an "umm.... thanks?" , which usually just leads to an akward silence, or i just start explaining how not all (or most for that matter) mexicans are short and tan, which i think makes me sound a little too condescending.

Using bleach to clean a toilet.?

I poured some straight into the bowl to get rid of some mildew that is developing at the bottom. Is this ok for the toilet or will it tear up the rubber rings and things? Could I put some in the tank or would that be worse? I left it there for a few minutes and then flushed it out. It cleaned it just fine but I don't want to keep doing it if it will hurt the toilet.

Fish Tanks?

Can you put a fish tank against a wall that is an outside wall? my mom tells me its got to be on a wall that's otherside is also an inside wall... sorry if thats confusing i culdn't think of good way to word that! also, i've been told that you no longer have to buy a special tank for salt water fish... true?

How can I make this work? Were gonna have a baby and can't figure out our living situation.?

My girlfriend and I have been together for a little over a year. She's about three months pregnant and we've been trying to figure out where to live. We practically live together the way it is but she lives in a really little apt. She has a prob. with even staying at my house so I always stay there. She has been living with her bf/ cousin for as long as i've known here. I own a 3 bed. mobile home about 20 miles away. She dosnt want to move in with me because its too far away from her home town. It's a 15-20 min. drive from where she's living now. Insted she wants me to either sell my trailer or move it closer to where she lives. The point of living together would be to save money expecially before the baby comes. It would costs over $2,000 to move it. The reason why I got the trailer is because I was sick of renting. But now she's talking about looking at apt. closer to her home town. Her cousin is also gonna live with us untill baby gets here I guess. I cant get through to her. HELP!

What should be done to Iran and Pakistan for their involvemnt in distruction of Afghanistan?

For a very long time, Iran and Pakistan have tried to create war in Afghanistan for their sick political purposes. Even now that the evil taliban are gone, those two evil countries are trying to send bombs and terrorists to destroy Afghanistan. Please share your ideas on what should be done to them to stop them from torturing the Afghan people. The Iranian and Pakistani governments are the real terrorists who are funding the attacks against America and all the countries that don't agree with them including the innocent people of Afghanistan and Iraq. Please look at the facts and you will see that most of the Taliban leaders were either Arab or Pakistani terrorists funded by Iran and those radical terror groups.

Question About Taking Chemistry as A Major?

Well in the fall i am going to be start college and i am going to be going to my local community college and do 2 years there for chemistry and transfer after the 2 yeras are done.... well it says courses in chemistry and related subjects are offered for students who expect to transfer for a 4 year college or university programs in chemistry, pharmacy, medicine or other science related areas. well my question is if i do 2 years in my community college and i want to be a pharmacist do i do 4 years in a university after that or? im kinda confused.
