Is their any chance that Howard K. Stern get the custody of Danneilynn legally? If ask Anna Nicole Smith who wants to take care of her child, its probably Howard K. Stern She wants to be. Not her mother, and probably not Birkhead.

Well in order for Mr. Stern to get custody now he would have to proove that Mr. Birkhead is a unfit parent. But if you listened he is not filing a petition to fight for custody. So nobody has to worry about it. But if he did decide to fight the court anything is possible. And yes there could of been a chance he would get custody.

Doesn't matter what Anna Nicole "would have" wanted. Had she thought of her children at all, she wouldn't have been so dependent on the medication she took on a daily basis. I am not knocking a person NEEDING medication on a daily basis, but she obviously DIDN'T need it...

IF Birkhead wasn't proven the father then I would have put my money on Virgie Arthur because she is the only living blood relative of Dannilynn. Now that Birkhead is the known father, I would think the court would give him and Arthur shared custody or give him sole custody and her visitation.

Everyone seems preoccupied with the expectation of Dannilynn inheriting a large sum of money. The truth is that Anna Nicole's right to that money is still tied up in litigation and if Dannilynn is awarded any money at all, the bulk will be placed in a trust until she reaches a certain age with her guardian/parent receiving a stipend for living expenses and care for the minor.

I understand what your saying and that is probably why Howard fought as hard as he did. He was doing what Anna wanted him to do, like he always did. You know that is why Anna never gave up Dannielynn's DNA right after she was born when Larry wanted it.She will no doubt go to Larry since he has been proven the father. I just hope now that Larry will keep the little girl from Virgie(mommy-dearest) and hope if Howard wants to stay in the babies life that Larry will allow it!!! Hopefully Anna Nicole will RIP, somehow.

Since ANS is not around to ask (rest her soul), the law and precedence will probably be followed. Usually, custody is given to the surviving natural parent. Secondly, there is a precedence to give custody to the nearest female relative (the grandmother) if the child is a female. It could go either way - Birkhead or the grandmother.

There is no chance in hell that he will be able to keep the baby...what amazes me is that for all these media people on t.v. singing the praises of that jerk, they have completely overlooked the many deceitful things he has done:

1. He moved with Anna to the Bahamas knowing the laws of the land there and knowing that he WASN'T the biological father, he would be considered to be so under their law....

2. When it got closer to finding out the truth about the paternity, he suddenly decides NOT to challenge the decision?

3. He now has no rights to any of the $$ that he so eagerly anticipated even going so far as to do interviews within 36 hours hours of his so-called beloved Anna's death....

4. Now wants to sue anyone who has any negative things to say about his deceitful behavior....

5. And finally, vows to live in the Bahamas indefinitely, so as to not leave Anna and Daniel alone....where's he going to make his $$? And WHO moved them there?

He's a loser and a poser and deserves any negativity thrown his way, and I won't even get into the drug aspect of his involvement with the two left deceased......Larry will be a wonderful Dad, all he's ever wanted is to be her Dad and for seven months he was kept away from her by Howard's lies....

howard k, shouldn't even be in the equation anymore, he was just a leech. got free stuff from anna. probably never even laid her. larry is the father and that should be it. take dannielnn home wherever he wants and raise her. and not virgie. it's larry's child, not howard's ! and this could've been solved a long time ago, if howard would've taken the dna test, which he knew he was going to fail

Unless he has a legally signed document the father should get custody. Depends where the hearing is as some people can be bought....
