Were any allied Pow's killed in the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki?

Yes, in both cities. By this stage of the war the Japanese were using POWs as labor in the docks and factories.
This is somehow never mentioned in most history books.

Most certainly, mainly Allied in Nagasaki: Australians, Dutch,
British POW's, some American flyer's.

relates: American POW Naval and Army flyer's killed at Hiroshima and many more killed at Nagasaki.

Before occupation of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, a POW recovery team arrived in Nagasaki on September 11.

"more than 9000 Allied former pows were moved through
Nagasaki for evacuation to hospital ships awaiting in the.harbor" after the war ended: exposed to high radiation!


Note: I was in both cities a few years after the war, it was still mostly rubble and rebuilding had just started for major structures. It was rather sad, many with visible burns, etc.
