On the Food Network I saw someone that was a food psychologist. She was saying how the color orange makes people hungry, and thats why cheetos are so vibrant! I thought that was interesting, and she also said how certain foods are preferred when you are in different moods. So you can literally "Be in the mood for pizza"! She also said that your favorite flavor skittle or colored M&M can sometimes say a lot about your personality...which I'm not so sure about. I tried to find a book on food psychology, but I can't. Does anyone know where I can find information?

I've decided to put myself on a healthy 2 month diet to get rid of unwanted excess fat. I go to the gym 4 hours a week, plus i do lots of brisk walking, and some areobics, with pilates.
The touble is im not sure what sort of foods i should be eating and how many calories im meant to consume everyday, and still lose a successful 2 pound a week.

I'm 5'2 and weigh 51kg
I'm 21 years old.

Why don't you like them? I'm a Christian and I can't get enough of them but some people tell me that its "the devil" or "the work of Satan" What the hell. Literally. Not everything that looks scary is a demon. And whats wrong with Harry Potter? Is it witch craft? We got over that centuries ago. You're all acting like babies. The only reason you do believe that is because when we did have witch craft the church came up with some weird idea that the devil was working through them. The Bible may say stuff about playing with the devil and when it comes to stuff like Necromancy then your getting in hot water. But the bible never literally says that which craft is the work of Satan. If you believe that you might as well believe the old story of where our sneeze tradition came from. They said back in the day that whenever you sneezed a demon was upon you and thats why they said "God bless you". Tell me why you would believe witchcraft is the work of the devil and not that.

i've read "carrie" by stephen king and loved it. i'm not looking for gore or blood (but if that's part of the plot, it's fine). romance mixed in with the horror would be perfect. i want something that will keep me up at night and be afraid of every little sound. thanks!!!!

Hello all I have never experience this and I am a little curious, I started my cycle 4/7 and ended 4/10 whcih is right, it last 3 to 4 days on a 28 cycle, this month it came 6 days earlier and today I am spotting, with slight cramps what could be the problem.

I was told I have psychic hands. Does that mean anything to anyone because I'm not sure what that means. Also, how can you tell the difference of being very intuitive vs. people in general being predictable. I always seem to know what and why people are doing what they are doing in response to situations. I know I "think" or analyze things to death. Also I have a young teen that swears she repeatedly hears someone calling her name when no one is there and it frightens her a bit. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
