My friend likes this guy. I don't know him. At all. He's not and has never been in any of my classes, and I've never exchanged a word with him.

She wants me to give him a note that says "Single? Yes or no?"

It's kind of embarrassing, but I don't know the guy, and I'm going to say (truthfully) that it is from a friend of mine.

She's his friend, too, and he's probably seen us hanging out together.

If I do it, he's going to have to tell me the answer and then I'l pass the message on to her.

Should I give him the note?

I just lost 5 beautiful Bettas. I brought them home & they all died w/in 3 days from a fungus "wool" disease. I had one left who just came down w/it this a.m., went to the pet store & got aquarium salt & Methtlene Blue. I cleaned out the two tanks, the one w/the already infected fish & the other bowl w/the Betta which is fine. I have sterilized the bowls & am going to go to pick up one to replace one that died this a.m. & the other, even tho treated, I know is NOT going to make it the nite. I am down to one Betta, but it's in a treated bowl w/NO signs of the disease. Does anyone have any helpful hints to give me as I am determined to start over again. I just love these beautiful fish & they are a joy to watch. I have 3 separate "fancy" bowls & am going to fill each one!! HELP!!!

I dont drink soda or eat any foods with trans fats. I dont eat anything with High fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils. I also don't do too much dairy, I'm a lactose! I eat minimal meat and and I usually have a daily food regimine like this:

Breakfast- Organic Frosted Mini wheats with soymilk
Lunch- Chocolate soymilk, those trixits or whatever they are called (crackers with whole weat), Lunchmeat sandwitch
Snack- Carrots, or a banana, or apples, or sweet peppers, or tomatoes, or a combo.
Dinner- Corn or a quesadilla or spinach. One of those.
And occasionally I will have an Odwalla bar for dessert.
I also drink 6 water bottles throughout the day.
After school I do Windsor Pilates and I have volleyball on fridays and mondays :)

I have Uber flabby thighs and my upper body is in awesome shape! Is it because pilates is a core workout? Should I add dance dance revolution to the mix as cardio? (I have school comitments and that is all I would have time and space for!)

I have a tropical comunity aquarium with two goldfish in it my filter just broke and my goldies have been producing so much ammonia it has killed two neon tetras and a dhanio theyre not even supposed to be there becuz theyre cold water I dont know what to do with them they are very healthy and beautiful with bright color please help

There is a family who just moved in down the street from me who owns a big black cat. They let it prowl at night. I am very suspicious. Last night it ran in front of my house. Is it OK to drive my car out of my driveway now? Should I have my housed defoliated or something?

I'm not hungry. I'm rarely hungry, but I eat anyway!

I mean, I eat a LOT.

Let me give you a list of what I ate today.

1. one big pretzel: the big, warm soft ones that you get at baseball games, etc.

2. half of a diet coke

3. 6 oreo cookies

4. 2 ring pops

5. 1 bag of fritos ( corn chips )

6. a BIGBIGBIG piece of chocolate

7. 10-20 york peppermint patties

8. a JILLION handfulls of jelly beans

9. two BIG pieces of bread

10. a handful of wheat thins

and dont even get me started on yesterday!

Anyway, I don't know why I eat. I'm not hungry or anything when I do it!

I have a very busy schedule so I have NO TIME TO EXERCISE.

so to the people who tell me to, I can't.

I need some advice on how to stop.

I don't know why I do it.

I'm 147 lbs now and I'm 5'4".

Somebody HELP.

I am having some trouble with triprotric acids, so I was hoping someone could help me. My teacher gave the following example, and I am quite stumped, any help would be appreciated.
The question is: Citric acid (C6H5O7H3) is a troprotic acid because it has three acidic hydrogen ions to donate. Write the 3 equations that would describe how citric acid would react with water and donate its hydrogen ions.

a guy from my class emailed me saying his family is doing the ms walk this weekend and I didnt realize what he was asking for was donations so I signed up coz I had been meaning to anyway but accidently somehow wound up on his team which is family only(and Im not). How do I still participate without being affiliated with them? It's kind of embarrassing and they might get offended but it was a total mistake. I still want to participate, but I certainly dont want to assume theyd ok me being on their family team...I only know them thru class(which doesnt meet anyday before the walk either). How do I, for 1. find out if my accident is ok w/ them, & 2. if it's not, then disaffiliate in time?
