It's like IBID, but on the same page.

From the Latin loco citato, meaning in the location (already) cited; it's used in footnotes to refer to a source already given, though not the previous one (that would be "ibid."). So the citation would be something like: "Adams, loc. cit., p. 25" to mean a work by Adams already given.
