Are we able to pay a security deposit or something to ensure the price, or sign a lease or anything????

Yes you can, but they're going to make you pay for the two months rent. They're not going to just take a signed document for you to move in months from now and lose rent in the mean time.

Check with your current landlord and see if they're willing to let you out. If he knows someone wanting normally they'll let you out.

Yes. You can sign a lease today that takes effect at a specific future date.

i bet u can move to ur new apartment but u will have to pay the remainder of the lease
