Hello, I have been doing pushup for some time now. But ever since I have reached 100 push ups, it stops becoming sore for some reason. I don't think my body is adapt to it, because even though I do 100 push ups everyday, I feel 'pain' from 60 push ups on, just as before, In fact, these past few weeks have shown no improvements; I never get sore and I always get hurt from 60 push ups on. Why is that? If my body is not adapted, then why won't the muscle be sore the day after?
