Help me out...do you mean Lazar? Or do you mean LASER and just don't know how to spell it?

If it is Lazar....never heard of it. But if it is an anti satellite weapon, which it maybe....I imagine the answer to your question is classified. Same goes for LASER...that would be classified too.

What type of LASER are we talking about? Theoretical a laser could be used as a weapon but on a global scale as to take out a satellite is not currently possible.
