I am really luck there are no Krispy Kreme locations near me. I refuse to buy them from convenience stores and supermarkets, due to them not being freshly made. It seems that in Vegas and in CT so far they make the doughnuts on site. YUMMY!!!

JUST FOR FUN, because I love hearing everyone else stories!!

I think the rudest thing I saw at a wedding was where the head table got all different types of food and drinks.... sitting up high in front of everyone.. And everyone else-, the guest, just got chicken and beer. I know you have a budget but how can you eat a steak and drink champange in front of all your guest?? LOL

Recently for some odd reason I've had the biggest urge to have a baby. I think it's because I recently had a pregnancy scare not so long ago and I kind of hoped that I was. My boyfriend and I are moving in together soon and I already rent my own place. I've had so many friends recently who have had babies and love it! Is there any way of getting rid of this feeling because I feel it would not be fair on my boyfriend as he's going into the police force soon...EEEK?

I found a stock certificate for shares that were purchased in 1986. I had forgotten all about them. The clearing house I bought them from is no longer in business. The stock is still active and is currently trading at about $12. I would still need to know if it has had any splits or reverse splits. I do not have a stock broker. Also, the stock is in my ex-husbands name and I have not spoken to him in years. Is there any way to cash it in while not contacting him. He probably has forgotten all about it.

Hello all,

Bought my 42" pinoeer plasma a few months ago and i've just noticed some logo burn in's in the corner of the screen, there most noticeable on white backgrounds, but its a little worrying, do i need to totally avoid these channels with logos, also my wife pause's sky plus a lot when she's making a brew or going to toilet etc and you can now see the sky plus pause symbol in the bottom left hand corner permanently.

Is there anything i can do to remove this or can i adjust the screen to avoid more damage.?

I recently spoke with a financial advisor who stated that the times have changed and home equity is not as important as it once was because of the real estate market today. If I'm not in my dream house, is it better to sell or rent my current (overpriced) home and lease something less expensive for 1-2 years while saving for a house I can retire in. Time is not a factor.
