I don't understand this. Why? I mean, besides the Bible, what do you have to tell you that this book is of any more importance that my copy of Gilgamesh? If you read the book without someone telling you it was the word of God, would you even make it past Genesis?

my maltese puppy is 6 months old. i love him very much and have never ever been mean to him, but he is either extremely intelligent or extremely stupid. he reads my body language and runs away from me anytime he senses that i might put him in his little room or do any other thing that he doesn't want to do. i spend half my time trying to lure him with treats. btw, this doesn't work. he's so stubborn, he won't come even though he is dying to get ahold of the treat....i've tried a leash in the house. that is a major hassle. what should i do?

My deck needs washing and staining. I am going to use my father-in-law's power washer. What are the steps involved? I am assuming that I power wash it, wait for it to completely dry, then stain it? Are the other steps involved? Also, for staining, how do you get into the hard to reach cracks and creveses? I have heard of some people using a floppy mop, has anyone ever tried this technique? All info regarding this process is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

My jaw is popping and sometimes it even locks and i have to force my jaw to open and then it will make a huge pop. i cant even chew without it popping. has anyone had this problem? please help...i already made an appointment with my dentist but i cant wait another 5 days for the appt.

I grew up with foreign frugal parents, so I don't go nuts shopping. I buy sales etc. He didn't grow up with a silver spoon, but he loves his boy toys, thinks nothing of getting things that are "important". He wants me to now save on spending when I already do the best I can, which to him and I had been "normal". Help! What do I fix? His views (if so, how?) or what? {I should have spent money before, then I'd have something to cut back on!}

I have had cats my entire life, and I am still trying to find the best way to hide the litter box and the smell.. What have you found that works best for you? Which litter products? What about those cat cabinets that you can hide the litter box inside of? Do you use a litter liner or no litter liner?? I have already tried the litter maid and did not like it so much... Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
