Hi it's fab stuff...a real super green. However, word of warning.......only but organic in glass bottles. The rest comes from contaminated waters which often contain high amounts of chemicals and human sewrage! Spirulina absorbs compounds when packed in plastic bottles. The internet will back this up if you care to explore. good luck to you.

Yes I supplement with spirulina occasionally. It is a "super" food - it's almost pure nutrient, easily digestible and aids in (among other things) mineral absorption, immune system function, and reducing cholesterol. It's a common supplement used during a fast since it provides protein, iron, and essential amino acids. I personally supplement with tablets.

It just made more tired. Its not super food or a substitute to food. Just a supplement to add what you are lacking in...apparently.

It's great just like Chlorella, although they are high protein ratio, there won't be much grams of protein in even large amounts of these superfoods though. So they are great but don't take them for protein.

I have used it with Juices (fresh ones), it is very good for you, wouldn't drink it neat but would add it to either fresh juices or similar.
