Why does it seem that every time the cubs bulpen comes in , they blow the save?

Well its early..give it time...relievers come and go!

Actually - you are very wrong. It seems like with the exception of one game - every time they have come into the game, it was not a save situation. The Cubs were losing, but the bullpen made the wound worse.

You must have only watched 2 games. Both blown saves this year were by Bob Howry, a very reliable set-up man. It's early in the season, give him/them time to adjust.

it could be cuz their relievers are not very good....
