I have the following symptoms: I have had upper respiratory problems all my life to varying degrees. Sometimes I will be feeling ok then rather suddenly I will have a pain in my chest, not heart related, my heart starts beating faster, I feel light headed or slightly dizzy, shakey ( sometimes ), feel like I can't breathe, get a slight head ache and sometimes a neck ache. and feel somewhat conjested. Do you have any idea what could be the cause of this? I had some of these symptoms only worse and went to the ER. They did cat scans, mri's, blood test, ekg's, etc and didn't give me a diagnosis, just said it wasn't heart related. Help!!!!

My son is 18 months and climbs on everthing! last night he feel off the couch and bumped his head. How do I know when it is serious enough to go to the ER?

he cried for a minute or two, but then stopped, but he has a knot on his forehead.

Should I worry? or should I take him to the DR?

I am 13 yr old girl that lives with her mum, dad and 4 younger sis. My family are Jehovah Witnesses, which is a religion that does not do christmas, birthday's, easter, halween and all that sort of stuff that you like doing. i get presents all around the yr but not at these certain times in the yr, my friends understand this but at times want to now more which sum times gets on my nerves.
It is not only my mum, dad and 4 younger sis that are in this religion it is also my mums mum, dad, older bros, 2 younger bros and 2 younger sis. And my dad's mum and brother. My dads brother is also an important part of my religions conregation.
My dad does not often go to the meetings that our religion has because of work but, also does not like going because my mums mum used to show him of to every 1 because he was also an important part of our religions conregation but now is not a important.
I like going to the conregation because all the people there are so nice but i feel out of place

We just got a small RES in as a recue/rehab. Any special instructions on their care? What do they need diet wise? He'll probably only be with us a couple of weeks while his wounds heal. Just want to make sure he has optimum condition to heal quickly.

I already have a bike. Does it matter that it's a mountain bike and I'm biking in a city?

First off, what do I need to do to make sure my bike won't get me killed? It's been sitting in a shed for a couple years, but I refilled the tires and looked it over. I tested the brakes -first the smart way, then the stupid way- and they're fine, nothing's rusty, and I put some extra oil on the chain just to be safe. I could take it in for a tune-up, but that would run me at least $40 that I don't have. Second, what's the rule of thumb for bicycle seat height? I think I've outgrown my bike (I got it when I was 12 and now I'm 15 and about nine inches taller) but I want to be sure.

Third, do I need any special stuff? All I have is a bike with a water bottle holder and a helmet. I'm not looking in to serious racing or anything (yet) so do I need gloves or special shoes? How much would that cost, and could I fake it? I'm funding this myself so it has to be cheap.

My French cousin is coming to stay soon. I haven't seen him in years and would like to extend my hospitality to him.
I know the French consider Horse a delicacy, and have acquired a small one which I intend to slaughter and cook up for him. Trouble is I am having trouble finding any recipes. Can anyone offer any tips on how I can prepare Horse, to make tasty dishes which will impress him ? Thanks.
