Here is an exercise you can do; lean off of the back of your couch to where your legs are on the couch, but you're stiomach, arms, and head are not. Do sit-ups very slowly. I'm in the same situation. I can't believe summer is so close! I'm doing Pilates tone & sculpt plan & eating better but not following their diet program b/c I won't eat most of the meals. They say "youll feel results in 10(sessions). See them in 20 & complete results in 30" or something close to that.

Do a lot of running to lose weight from your entire body...including the thighs. Also do crunches and lift weights. and do squats.....tey are wonderful for the butt and thighs. this was you get shaply body and burn fat faster with the weightraining...and you will be much healthier. Good luck!
