My dress shoes don't ventilate very well so my feet get super sweaty during the day. If you want to prevent sweaty feet make sure and wear cotton socks and shoes that breathe. I also read somewhere that you can spray aerosol deodorant on your feet and it helps (like Arrid)

Every single person in the world has feet that sweat. It happens because we have pores in our feet and it's part of the body's way of regulating temperature. It certainly doesn't bother me. It's a natural biological function. I think it would only bother me if I didn't have good hygiene.

I don't have that problem. Try some foot powder to keep your feet dry and never wear tennis shoes without socks. This only makes your feet sweat causing you to have smelly feet and shoes.

Read an article once that said to put antiperspirant on the soles of your feet right after showering or washing your feet. (Make sure to buy a separate stick deodorant/antiperspirant just for this purpose-you don't want to be using the one you use under your arms on your feet and then use it under your arms again-yuk!)

You may just have overactive sweat glands on your feet. I had overactive glands in my armpits, and it was really embarrasing. ANY shirt I wore would get stained in the summer. I finally couldn't take it anymore and went to the doctor for it - and they gave me something called "Drysol". It's a liquid medication you put on the area that sweats too much overnight, and it drys up the sweat glands.
Good luck to you !
