They would seem to be a legitimate training company - my only reservation is that no previous finance, economics or business background is required.

Plainly if you end up in a class of individuals who can't add 2 and 2 the course is going to be delivered at an extremely slow pace and/or at a very low level of content.

I suspect that the main criteria for accepting applicants is their ability to pay the fees :-)

In this case I would look for a course that requires some minimum pre-qualification (such as a Degree in eg. Business or Mathematics related subject).

Even better would be to get a job with a Bank , Insurance or Finance house and obtain your training from you employer.

I wouldn't attend a college that calls itself SWISS Fiance Academy although there is no connection to Switzerland.

You'd better spend your time and money elsewhere.
