I go to the gym 5 days per week. I do a variety of things - strength training, cardio, tread mill and elliptical. Most of the cardio classes I take are high-impact.
I believe my ankles are bruised. They are tender to the touch and it hurts them when I flex my foot or point my toe. I know I don't have sprains - I've had those before and know what it feels like...this is not the case. I don't have pain anywhere else (no pain in my feet, calves, achilles, etc.).
I know I'm close to being due for a new pair of sneakers...but in the meantime, can I keep working out? What should I do to alleviate the pain? Ice? Heat? Rest?
Thank you for your help!
BTW- I'm not a fan of pills...any natural remidies are appreciated too! :-)

WIll you theists believe my claim at face value or do you need some extraordinary evidence for my extraordinary claim?

Would you need any sort of irrefutable, tangible proof in order to believe me or would you simply take me as your God, the Creator of All Things, simply out of faith?

You frequently mock atheists for their "lack of faith" and their almost sick thirst for proof.

What about your "lack of faith" regarding my Godliness?

I just read an answer where someone said that global warming was not a fact...
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070409091443AAy27gz&r=w&pa=FZptHWf.BGRX3OFMhjJUUzgWohUGgF_AAZ22MBAotbUlD7K6azSAnDFnWbcr.LE38m9nAZgPg81PInqLrQ--&paid=answered#EcAuDzS1WDfKIC725Zt7b5l0znzHEG9wCMyYx7BF2qTEBLZ0lRUs

it's on there if you want to read it.

But my question is: We know the polar ice caps are melting. We know that weather patterns are changing. We know that water temperatures are higher. I thought at this point we all agreed that global warming is actually happening and I thought the only thing that was still uncertain is whether or not humans are causing it or it's a natural phenomena. Am I wrong about this?? And I know I'm in the wrong category but I'm a regular here and I want to know your opinions not some other category's.

WAAIITT!!!.......Before you go any further in giving an answer, my ex b/f, made a cassette copy back in the mid 80's that had mixed songs on it. Today, I am trying to organize all songs onto a CD...

One catch---The orginal song had some slow beats, the one my ex did had 'funky' beat to it. I love it so much, where can I find that one with funky beat to it.

Think someone added some funky beat in the background of this song?

Hopelessly missin funky 'Ya Sexy Thing'........(sniff)
