WAAIITT!!!.......Before you go any further in giving an answer, my ex b/f, made a cassette copy back in the mid 80's that had mixed songs on it. Today, I am trying to organize all songs onto a CD...

One catch---The orginal song had some slow beats, the one my ex did had 'funky' beat to it. I love it so much, where can I find that one with funky beat to it.

Think someone added some funky beat in the background of this song?

Hopelessly missin funky 'Ya Sexy Thing'........(sniff)

It's possible that he or someone else took the original track and mixed it with the funky beat, but what I would probably do is go on Limewire or something like that and type in Hot Chocolate for the artist name and browse to see if anyone has the remix on there.

If you have limewire you can get it there. If not, download limewire! Especially if you like all of the disco songs and things from the 70's to today. I made like 30 Cd's of nothing but that kind of music!
